Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this information. We collect page "hit" information that tells us what pages consumers access or visit. This information is completely anonymous and is used solely for internal review and to improve the content of our web site. We collect information such as name, e-mail address, and regular mail address only when the consumer volunteers it. We build mailing lists using this information on a completely voluntary, non-obligatory and free basis that enable us to notify consumers of news on our store. Unless we specifically indicate otherwise, these lists and any other personally identifiable information voluntarily given will be used solely by Just for Baby and its employees for internal purposes and will NEVER be published, sold, or otherwise transferred to third parties.

We use temporary files that may be installed on your computer called cookies. They are only used to keep track of which shopping cart belongs to which customer as you progress through our online store. We NEVER install cookies from a third party company and only use it to track shopping carts.



Safe Shopping Guarantee

Shopping at Just for Baby with your credit card is completely safe and secure. We guarantee that every purchase you make will be protected using the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL)
In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges are made to your credit card, Just for Baby will cover the liability to your card, up to $50- the maximum amount your bank can hold you liable for unauthorized charges. You must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Special Order Policy

At Just for Baby, all of our bedding, bedding accessories and furnishings are specially ordered for you directly from the manufacturer and delivered straight to your door, usually within 8 weeks. We charge your credit card when we place your order with the manufacturer.
If you need to return or cancel your order at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department.
For all special order items, all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled after 3 days once the order is placed.


Shipping Policy

In-stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Special orders are specially ordered for you from the manufacturer and usually delivered within 8 weeks. Please read our Special Order Policy for more information.
Furniture items are available for local delivery only.

Shipping for gift certificates is free. Purchases paid for with gift certificates will incur shipping rates as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates Within the 48 Continental United States

Just for Baby charges shipping based on product weight via the United Parcel Service (UPS).

Refusal of Delivery

At Just for Baby, we are committed to keeping shipping costs down and ensuring you continue to receive the lowest prices on quality products. For this reason, we must charge additional shipping costs for orders refused on delivery. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Just for Baby and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card. Refusal of delivery shipping charges will not apply to orders damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Just for Baby charges and additional shipping cost for orders returned to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Just for Baby or getting re-routed to its intended address and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with out free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card.

Missing Packages

When your order is shipped, we notify you via e-mail which includes a tracking number. Packages typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at your shipping destination. You can use the tracking number to get the transit status and expected delivery dates.
If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 5 business days, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper. If you do not notify customer service within 5 days after the shippers expected delivery date, provide an invalid e-mail address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change or cancel your order? Its easy with Just for Baby just contact us by e-mail at info@justforbaby.net
If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, your purchased items will be sent to you.
Special orders after they have been placed with the manufacturer, may not be canceled.
You may return the order within 30 days of purchase for a refund on unopened, unused merchandise. All returns are subject to a 10 % restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Return Policy

Just for Baby is committed to providing our customers with quality products at affordable prices. A full refund is available on unused, unopened merchandise made within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Car seats may never be returned, opened or unopened, due to safety reasons.

Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase or a store credit will be issued. Credits will be applied as follows:
1) All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt with a valid RMA# will be credited 90% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and coupons, if applicable.

Please Note:
Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) will be accepted for returns.
You will be responsible for returned items, unless are damaged or defective.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
All returned items must have a return Authorization Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Items that are dirty, washed or used will not be accepted for refunds. Special Order items are non-returnable.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

How To Make a Return

Before you can return items to Just for Baby, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact our Customer Service Department.

Customer service rep will require the following information:

1) Order number

2) Product Name and SKU

3) Reason for return

4) Specify whether you want to return for replacement, exchange or refund.

When you receive the RMA# write the number and reason for the return on the back of your packing slip. Include the packing slip in the return package, and send the package to:

Just for Baby recommends that you use UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to ship returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for items received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the record to appear on your credit card statement.

Just for Baby customer service reserves the right to refuse or deny any return upon final review if all previous guidelines have not been met.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive items that are damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship a replacement to you for free, just contact us.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive wrong items or are missing items, we will replace the items - at no cost to you. Just contact us by e-mail at info@justforbaby.net and provide our rep with the order number, product name and SKU of the items you wish to replace.

Payment Methods We Accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Just for Baby gift certificates.

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit a credit card number over the internet. Rest assured that your credit card information is safeguarded with out Safe Shopping Guarantee. We secure all payment transactions using the latest encryption technology ( Secure Socket layer or SSL). Please read our Safe Shopping Guarantee for more information.

If you choose not to submit your credit card number you may call us with it.

Sales Tax Policy

Just for Baby is required to collect a 7% sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of Georgia. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, including shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped outside Georgia will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax it items are sold and shipped in Georgia.

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Just for Baby sell gift certificates for any amount. Please contact us.

We will mail your gift certificate, which may include a personalized gift message, to the recipient within 48 hours of your purchase.

While best efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this information, you should not rely on this information in situations where its inaccuracy would cause you to suffer any significant loss.
